Organization Overview

The Lancaster County STEM Alliance is dedicated to building a bright future for Lancaster County through innovative STEM education and workforce development initiatives. As a nationally recognized STEM ecosystem, funded by the Steinman Foundation, the alliance is a collective of business, education, and community partners committed to the region’s long-term prosperity. We serve as a funding organization that supports community organizations by creating, aligning, and investing in equitable access to STEM experiences. Through our programs and grant funding, we empower local organizations to advance STEM education and workforce development across Lancaster County.
