About The Company
LancasterMakes is focused on increasing career exploration and public awareness of Lancaster’s high-priority trade and technical occupations. We are on a mission to educate students and their families to let them know about the opportunities available in manufacturing. LancasterMakes is working to reshape the workforce so manufacturers in our region have skilled labor from which to hire quality employees. We do this by partnering with Lancaster County school to help facilitate tours, in-school events and speakers so we can show students what manufacturing really looks like.
