    The Lancaster County STEM Alliance is dedicated to building a bright future for Lancaster County through innovative STEM education and workforce development initiatives. As a nationally recognized STEM ecosystem, funded by the Steinman Foundation, the alliance is a collective of business, education, and community partners committed to the region’s long-term prosperity. We serve as a funding organization that supports community organizations by creating, aligning, and investing in equitable access to STEM experiences. Through our programs and grant funding, we empower local organizations to advance STEM education and workforce development across Lancaster County.

    Opportunity Overview

    Join us for an immersive half-day experience with the Lancaster County STEM Alliance (LCSA)! This opportunity is designed for students eager to learn about the inner workings of a nationally recognized STEM ecosystem dedicated to shaping the future workforce of Lancaster County.

    During this job shadow, you’ll gain:

    • An Overview of LCSA: Learn about the foundation, its mission, and how we are driving innovation in STEM education and workforce development.
    • Insight into Our Priority Areas: Discover the key focus areas of LCSA, from STEM career exploration to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in STEM learning.
