  • About The Company

When Pat and Bob Burnley invited their neighbors and friends to celebrate food and family fun in their backyard in 1954, they began a tradition of serving up memorable experiences for all to share. Three generations and 70 years later, that tradition of hospitality and spreading happiness holds true; only now the backyard is a growing village of unique shops, eateries, a working canning kitchen, and lodging rooms nestled next to rolling Lancaster farmlands.

    Opportunity Overview

Kitchen Kettle Village is excited to partner with the U.S. Department of Labor, the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, and the Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association Educational Foundation to offer registered apprenticeship tracks in several disciplines.
